I think if he were a serious muppet with TT or JJ he'd just push all the way...with a holding like that he doesnt want to see over cards. Hes got 13 left so its an all in play. With that bet hes commiting you to have all your money in...so its effectively and all in. I often do similar stuff (on later sts) when dealing with a short stack...so that before they realise there stacks in the middle. KK vs AA, any article ive read says it doesnt happen enough to justify much discussion but it happens.
