PRE-FLOP
pkh123 folds, amargendon bets $3, buggesaar calls $2.50, pockett calls $2.

You are in this position as you didn't bet the turn. I think he is trying a steal having opened with an AKo or AQ
He might be suited and got the backdoor flush though.
From your stack you look as if you have been doing OK so go ahead and call.

I don't know about this one Pockett.

It's hard to put them on a flush because the $5 call in the flop would be stupid unless the were holding 2 clubs that helped them draw to the straight.

I don't play short handed tables, so I'm not familar with the starting hands people usually open with 3bb's.

You really can only beat a bluff so I'd be folding.

I think $15 is a little hefty for a steal attempt. Pairs the board, backdoors the flush... just too much happening here to call that fraction of the pot.

PS- Your chance to win this was on the turn.

i called and he was bluffing. He showed K8 for no pair. I think i have a leak in my game. My play on the turn is where i need focus.
