Money Dissapeared!! 10k

Hey has anybody's money ever get lost in the system when they closed a slot wrong? I was playing Friday and i won 100000Dimes on the bonus in Pirates Gold. Witch is 10 thousand dollars. Anywayz when i closed the slot i just closed the window and my money has vanished. Casinoroom is telling me that it is stuck in the virtual slot. This happened Friday 1:30pm Feb 29th 2008. Anyways they told me thay are sending it to the technical department and i have been waiting 2 days now. Now im told i have to wait till monday because there payment department is closed. So im not sure what happened i win 10k and i have not seen it or my original money i had in my account i put it all in the slot when i started. I won the 10k in the bonus round. Im just really stressed because they have not assured me of anything i have not even got a grats or seen my money..

hi don not to worry they will fix it but it takes a few days . it has happen to me a few times not for as much money . they have always return it when the tecs are done and way to go on your win .
