		Yes I know. I only missed the first 20 minutes - and most of the seemingly unending commercials. Its going to be interesting to see if Cook can live up to all the Great Expectations (LOL sorry). Carrie Underwood was Over Achieving in all categories last night. I'm no particular fan of her kind of music but I was wowed by her last night. She's a very beautiful and talented young lady. Kudos to the other David - he took second place with dignity and grace. I also take back most of my unkind comments re his Disney Land Potential. This young man will find a much deserved spot somewhere in the world of music - and if he only lost by 12 Million votes (out of 97 Million) that means he has a pretty good fan base (42.5 Million votes give or take a few million for speed dialers) and should do well.

		Yeah, I'm in a much more benevolent mood today as well. I'm sure Archuletta will have a great career. He just needs a good handler to work on his little issues, like keeping his eyes open more, and not breathing into the mic (which I did notice he's gotten better at) so much. He has all the time in the world. David Cooks time is now, and I can't wait to buy his first CD

		I thought that the Graham Nash / Brooke White Teach You Children Duet was excellent also... Archuletta has a golden opportunity to capitalize on the 14 and under set. That should last for 3 maybe 4 years and then he will have to find a more mature sound and audience. I am also awaiting the 1st David Cook CD

		Yes, he will be a teen heartthrob for a few more years at least, and then, like you said, he'll have to find out who he is as an artist. I don't think he's cut out for pop music. He's more of a crooner (sp) where ballads are more his strength. I have a feeling, a David Cook CD may be hard to come by at first lol. I predict his first CD will sellout fast.
