yea indeed tubbs we split the 450$ because we both won kittys and gwaan and the pool was only 180$ so the payout is short by 270$ which should be split between us the kittys and gwaan pls can u get onto this pls MOD/games rep /don /anyone lol and can u kindly refund the diff between the 2 teams kittys/gwaan regards and ty dub happy i know u will sort it out cheers ,

i have e mailed support at pokeroom regarding this factor and copyied and pasted all the reults from last night and sent all the relevant details thro to support lets see how speedy it actually is.... they have all the details regardin this matter ty dub sad

Wtf support? This is teamplay HELP. What department could possibly be more relevant?, or in pr's case, effeciant?!

When members recently started contacting live support, phone support, email support, and mod support, is when all your processing went bananas. This needs to be sorted out in a thread, where members and managers can confirm their details with eachother (if necessary), along with YOU support, checking to see if the event info on the web and your system has been recorded. Passing the buck is what is messing things up and thats why you are also losing track of your refunds. One dept. One person. One set of refunds.

ya i have to agree bugz in the long run it should nt happen in this day in ages glitches,etc etc but u know they allways pay up none of this would of happened if they had done what they were meant to do which was cancelling that event ?? LOL i know ull agree amongst others wink

I think they decided to cancel the event, to save everyone problems (payout error), but in the end, they risked running it, hoping that it would fill. This is all too common. There are no coincendences or technical errors in teamplay. Only human errors. There is also a cancel button, and the button works, if someone pushes it. When the mod 'confirmed' it had been cancelled, it was still actually open. So he or she is a toff!

I doubt the cancel button will be used again, in future events, however, I cant guarantee they will payout promptly, EVER, tho!

This is a 'payout error' thread, could one of the mods plz pin it? I will find the other few refund threads too, and ask the same. Gr can unpin them, when he pays up! Thx
