What happened to the $500 Guaranteed team event that was supposed to be played at 5:30 (EDT) on April 13th? And please note, I am not referring to the $500 Guaranteed Day 2 2nd round which we were playing at the same time. The tourney I refer to was separate and apart from the one which we did play.

At approx 2:17 (EDT) I received from my team manager, the usual message one receives stating that our team bought into this event at a cost of $55+5 and that my share was $9.17. I also received just minutes later 2 messages stating that I had been seated for said event.

So, the game was 2 rounds, and everyone from the team paid $9.17 each. However, that event was never put up in the team lobby, and when I checked later, it had disappeared completely from the Team Events list, but we were never refunded our $9.17.

What in hell is going on with this place lately, now you are becoming magicians and making events simply disappear into thin air, after taking our buyins of course.

I would like some answers and one that I do NOT want to hear is "it has been reported to the RELEVANT DEPT". Frankly, I am getting tired of hearing about "a Relevant Dept". Doesn't PR have department NAMES or is it simply a hodgepodge of people?

Some way to run a business PR management!!

We want our money back and an explanation of WHY the event did NOT take place and simply disappeared.

Sorry, I just noticed a typo as to the buyin amount - it was $50+5.

Also, if you would like to see the messages I refer to, I shall be more than happy to cut and paste them.

HI spoke to live chat last night apparently game was cancelled because not enough teams but guess what its been passed to the relevant dept lol(thats a new one)ive also asked them to ask the"relevant dept"to speed up the refund as the last one took so long but i dont hold out much hope.I agree kol a mod should be explaining whats happened and pr knew this game would be cancelled why take the money and p*** everyone off.
P.S THE SCHEDULING FOR THE TEAM GAMES ARE DIRE !

For all the trouble you team players have with the games and cancellations, why do you bother playing team games??

Thats the mystifying bit to me??
