		Smoking is a terrible habit and a killer. Anyone that can give up or encourage others to do so is a champion chap/chapess imo

		My personal strategy for snap is about gob size and shouting capabilities. I mean i realise its not all luck, a great deal of skill is involved. But im still of the school of thought that a fast acurate gob when uttering the winning phrase "Snap" is what its all about. Obviously lightening quick responses are a pre-requisite for a professional snap player and a clear and concise phrasing is an absolute must.

		Please don't ever go down the path of snap. The chances people take in that game are horrific. It will only lead to ruin, mark my words.

		I vote this thread for Week 5 Sticky Votes! On a side note I'll take you up on that therapy session K. I just had the craziest 1.5 hr ring session ever. I've never been dealt AA KK and AK in postion so many times. I even kept getting dealt other good hands in pos, ie. I was betting A LOT. Also bet TT pre 3 times and flopped a T... only 'real' action in any of these was AA vs KK flop K and one of the TT runner runner flushed Ended -$15 at 50NL. So all in all a wash =/

		We cant make it sticky, sry, cause MARCTHEROCK made it I mentioned something about me beeing without a cig for 4 days yesterday (5 days today), and the whole thread went up in smoke! Thanx for all the feedback guys and girls.. It really helps, although i NEVER planned to quit But im sick of waking up with pain in my lungs. Im sick of my house stink like smoke. Im sick of my son seeing me smoke. (i dont smoke inside when hes here, no) And listen to this, in Norway a pack of cigs is about 70 fukcing english pounds!! The list of reasons i should quit is seriously long... i dunno though.. There is one thing that woulda made me stop 1,5 year ago if i knew it.. My (then) 1 year old son almost choked on one of the plastic covers of the pack. My (x) gf never told me, cause she knew i woulda freaked out. Kids also eat cigs btw.. For some strange reason they find it to taste good. There is 2 big reasons i dont think ive had my last cig. 1. All the stress... 2. How the hell can i go without when i drink?

		Sufur...you are welcome to my hypnosis theraphy for pokerplayers. I only charge 400 bucks/hour, but I guarantee instant results. After the 3 weeks (50hours) of intesive theraphy you´ll feel absolutely fine after losing session after session to badbeating donks Had a nice session myself today in the rings. 1st hand i get KK and the guy sitting next to me gets AA ( he was a shortstack so i only lost 15 in this hand) 2nd hand I limp with SC...hit a flush on the flop and bet the pot. One call and after a blank turn I make a overpot bet and get reraised all in. I call and the guy turns over 2 bottom pairs and makes a full on the river. Session over. 2 hands and I lose a buy in. don´t feel like refilling after that

		GL MARK! I have never seen such BS rivers and Fish calling after flop and hitting when the are so far behind. Marc is rite THE SITE IS RIGGED. FYI: Last nite was Quad nite had Quads twice and and saw at least ten. And finally a question? I usually would toss PP 22. But I know a FK who seems to win with it. Twice now I flopped a set and lost. I say STFU 22
