depositing by visa card

Hi,

I have a problem making a deposit by visa card, so I contacted live chat, who told me they are having technical difficulties, and are currently sorting it out with visa international.

Is anyone else aware of this, and does this also mean if there are problems depositing to visa card, there will also be problems cashing out to visa card?
