		Hi Guys, All players that have qualified for the BOTF finals should have received the BOTF account details in their Pokah Inbox. Please check you Inbox and register to the event. All team managers, please suggest the event to your team. Your teams have also been credited with the entry tkt. 		Hi there; I would like to officially complain about the organisation of all this. I did register more then 2 hours up front and there was no possibility to seat my players. I did notice that my team was not the only one with this problems. Only 30 teams managed to log in for the event. I would like to know how we will be compensated for this and what went wrong. I hope you understand how completely frustrating this is for my team. Regards, Steven

		Steven, Do you have verification that other teams had the exact same problems as you? Because our team (and 29 others) had no problems. What do you think would be fair compensation, considering it cost you nothing to qualify?

		A fair compensation would be to give the ones that bounced when registering a chance to the prize also. What do you think? And do I have proof? I think the lobby chat prior to registering spoke for itself.

		sorry Shiherlis35, unfortunately we cannot refund any team that did not register for the event. The reason why the other player were complaining was because they did not know how to register to the tournament as they had never played team tournaments before. All teams were credited with the tournament ticket and your details were mailed to you 5 days in advance so that you had enough time to register to the tournament. You had to register your teams at least 2 hours before start and seat your players 90 minutes before the start. Regards, GamesRep Fred.
