Hi guys and girls,

Some important information has been released.

This is the last chance you will have to use your $220 + $15 ChampionChip Final tournament ticket.

Next month the “buy-in” to the ChampionChip will be increased to $350 + $25. This means the competition will be stronger and harder.

For everyone holding these tickets we urge you to take advantage of the last ChampionChip tourney that will be held with this buy-in. The prize pool is a wopping $500 000.00 so competition is sure to be strong. As I mentioned yesterday keep your game face on and tip the scales on your bankroll.

ChampionChip Final tourney for this month is currently open for registration with many qualifiers still running in the scheduled and regular lobby!

Yeah there defo needs to be some flexibility with tickets for people who have accumulated more than 1.

I guess the Bounty is staying in place and at same buy in? as I seem to have accumulated a couple of them.

Some flexibility on tickets would be nice. For instance I have a $15 WSOPE qualifier(which I have been registered to for over a week), never seems to fill and it is the only tourney with this price.

Good luck to everyone in ChampionChip, idealy I would like to win that and the Big Deal tomorrow very_happy

Hi Croywhale,

I’m not sure if this can be done, but what I would suggest is that you use one of your tickets for this ChampionChip Final.

Then on Monday, contact Support via email regarding your second ticket. Reason being, Monday will be the earliest the Tournaments department might consider exchanging your second ticket.

But unfortunately I cannot confirm anything at this stage.

Good luck with tomorrow’s ChampionChip Final which starts at 14:00 EDT.

I think it is completely out of order if not exchanged, ticket was qualified for in good faith and that should be honoured.sad Anyway good luck and hope PR are reasonable about exchanges of extra tickets.

An easy solution for this problem....

If you win a qualifier, you should get non-cashable tournament dollars that can be used for any tourney or SnG, any amount, and never expire. A few other sites offer this and it's a great idea.

That way you could win a bunch of smaller qualifiers to accumulate enough for a bigger buy-in event, or use the bigger wins to play a bunch of smaller ones.

This would put an end to the too frequent ticket problems that occur here, specially when someone qualifies for an event and then finds they can't play in it for some unforseen circumstance.

i agree dangerous, a tournament dollars portion of our account would solve a lot of ticket problems: these tournament (event) specific tickets are a joke, and a blatant attempt at screwing players out of tickets won. Hiding behind a non exchangeable clause is a joke, especially in situations such as this where buy ins are increased, AFTER people have earned tickets. Poker Room: either allow the first 2 CC @ 350$ to be bought in for 350 as well as 220, or change the ticket method to a more player friendly way, where you'll still get to keep your share of the buyins.

Its RIDICULOUS to change cost of your event specific tickets and letting your players hard earned tickets expire into oblivion, because thats all it seems you want to happen anyways.

Now we're up to 4 cents canadian, dangerous .

Lol. Pr, you cant giv your customers 24 hours notice!!

Anyone who has more than 1 tik (which is very few per capita) should be credited with a new final tik. It would be a disgrace if they were not. We dont do 'disgrace' here anymore, pr.

Having trouble 'filling' these events pr?! Put your customer first. Its how 'normal' businesses get by, and it seems to work!
