Buy ins and payouts from last night's server crash

Sep 22, 2008 08:23 AM. Post 1
Are people being paid out properly?

I gave up and went to bed last night and when i awoke this morning it looks like my straight tourney buy ins have been refunded however...

Shane stated in a thread that if a tourney had started but not reached the payouts but people had been knocked out the remaining players would share the prizepool equally.

I was in a oh8 $22 mtt with around a third of the players knocked out and was in a $11 limit holdem mtt with 44 players and i was sitting 2/7 with top 5 paid.

My interpretation of what shane said in a thread last night means i should have been expecting around $33 for the oh8 tourney and around $63 for the limit holdem tourney but my account balance isnt reflecting this.

I contacted live support but they didnt have any info on exactly what money had been credited so im left with my accountabout $60 down on what id expect after the server crash.

I would be patient and wait a little longer but my buy ins have been credited back so id have thought any money for payouts would have been made at the same time?

Hi Marky_Crash,

Sorry to hear that you were disconnected due to technical issues on our end.

We are still in the process of refunding players, therefore I would suggest that you contact Support again via email, live chat or phone, if you have not been fully refunded within 24 hours.

Thank you for your patience.

Cheers,
Mags

Thx mags

I just thought if the buy ins were refunded like they have been then any payout payments would have been made at the same time.

So you have 2 accounts?
Hard to believe you play with play money.
I thought about posting this earlier.
You have 2 accounts in your name or what?
I mean you play for $20 and still play play money. I tried open another account and it was closed on me. even though i only had 1 account at the time. Had to go back to original account(spot) So why PR mixing up your(2) accounts

Ill tell you why. I argued with Marky on this. We looked on Sharkscope at you. There are 2 very similar names. One has an extra space between the .
is that your other ID or other account?
Why have you got 2 anyway.

It may be 2 diff people Ice. The only reason i noticed this is because Marky and i were looking the name up because of a leaderboard and came to 2 different conclusions. I said Donk Marky said good. The names to look at seem almost undistinguishable. (long word that)lol
It may be thats why PR mixed names up too. But Hang has said himself he has 2 nicknames.

Then it's besides the point Spot, Admission of guilt is enough.

I had 2 accounts years ago, one was Holdem Poker and was closed during the merger with PR.

No need to hang him just close the play money account. wink

ok ice, now youre lookin for trouble surprised

The transition finished years ago. They must be hung as a PREVENTATIVE measure. By this (for him), i mean, he should lose his winnings from the crash, lose the playmoney account, and send hes id to pr. Theyve done this to most, and now they should be doing it to all.

Case closed.

Fact :P

(if theyre both money enabled, then its goodbye, aswell)
