The PR Card Generator

Oct 2, 2008 08:16 AM. Post 1
I have read many threads with interest and I must say thanks to everyone that provides great input.

I find my live play does not crossover to online play in MTTs and I am continually tweeking.

PR claims the card generator is totally random. However, I have my doubts.

I am of the opinion that a bet type triggers the card generator to react in a particular way (I am yet to definitively figure this out though). To me, it seems a call instead of a raise and vice verse as well as shoves instead of calls or min raises etc etc determines what the card gen throws up on the flop turn river.

Does anyone have an opinion on this theory?

lol. Yes, its another rng thread! (this should keep the villagers busy very_happy )

The thing is m8, youve come with no evidence of anything, just like others on various poker forums.

Anyway, it should be an interesting thread, but i dont know how many ppl will take u seriously, when you basically said 'everything triggers somethin else'!!

Youve essentially provided no evidence, ASWELL as no hard opinion.

It's true. If you play naked with your back to the screen using a mirror to watch what is going on and have one foot continuously off the floor (your right one works best) you get better cards. Puggy's been doing this for years.

I am anxious, Tapie, to hear what you suggest for a strategy to get the best cards, after you have figured it out.

I really was interested in opinion from others.

I never stated rigged as it can only be rigged if it performs specifically for the benefit of a company stakeholder.

I am in IT and I am familiar with the SecureRandom function for JAVA that is used to generate the cards.

For the record, the SecureRandom function also has the getInstance call and generateSeed method , so the system can allow randomness and then be manipulated to provide an outcome to be generated from that. In otherwords, not predetermining a specific winner but a specific outcome of a random set which can be triggered by various actions.

So you can see why I have invited opinion - not because I believe the site is rigged but because I believe certain actions will trigger outcomes.

You can google SecureRandom function, getInstance call, generateSeed method to save me explaining them.
