just had to post this because it made me laugh so much.

there have been problems yet again this morning with server freezing. only this time quite a number of members are missing money from their accounts. so naturally support is having a busy shift trying to deal with the escallating amount of complaints.

THEN

someone states that their profile icon isnt showing atthe table

and support goes off sorting this dudes profile out.

what a joke

i love the priority of problems that support deal with on this site.

im still laughing about it now hahaha wink wink

Hi, just played a sng where i got disconnected over a long period along with several players. All other sites still worked. I talk to lobbysupport, and he told me i should get refunded as still has been a problem today. Tourney-info; TEXAS_HOLDEM, NO_LIMIT, T4-78065174-27 played at "Malmoe" for USD TC from 2008-10-06 04:51 until 2008-10-06 04:52

Gareth: Tronnen75 please stop pestering us about your refund as i am trying to enjoy a nice cup of tea and a biscuit. i dont care about your refund!i am only paid to sit here and type the same ******** over and over again to everybody that contacts us here at live support! so run along and leave us alone. many thanks live support very_happy


on a serious note Tron your not alone and it is like banging your head against a brick wall trying to get any sort of satisfaction.

fact: you paid to enter a game
fact: you were disconnected so were therefor not given the service in which you payed to recieve
fact: you should be entitled to a refund
fact: you wont get a refund if you were short stacked as for some reason they payout on the chipstacks sizes as opposed to refunding you.
fact: poor workmanship by PR

why are you supposing that, Tronnen?
I've got this problem twice and both times I got my buyin back.

OK, I was not happy with just the buyin when there are 4 players left on a fulltable SnG and you're the CL, but thats another thing...

yer, ive noticed that when dealing with disconnection refunds (specifically server crashes) they rewind the time of the incident (to cover more ppl). Generally ppl in stts wont get much more than their buyin backout. Even when its final 2, final 3. Theyre aware of this incident (which is good happy ) and ya's r best just waiting now. If yous were deep into a payout structure, yous will get paid decent cash (eventually) automaticly too wink

Cash gamers will need to contact live support individually.

same thing happened to me months ago
i feel im owed 10er tkt (remember my rant) and 50 tkt
all i get is email saying ,our tech team looking into it lol

pass the custard creams coley wink

oh and btw,why cant we contact the tech team?
im sure they are adults and can spk for themselves
is there actually a tech team,if so what the fk they doing all day?

Hey guys,

As is usually the case with disconnections like the one you had, refunds will be given. This usually takes place within 24 - 48 hours and as always once this is complete and you are unhappy with the decision taken regarding your refund we can look into it again.

Also note in cases like this the refunds are done on a large scale and there is no need to forward individual complaints of disconnections and refunds. Also note that everytime you contact support we make a note of this in your account and the reason for the contact.

Our team is working on getting all the refunds processed and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hi all,

We’ve just received confirmation that all players who had funds reserved in games have been refunded. Also any players who needed refund for tournament buy ins should be refunded.

If you find that you’ve not been refunded, please report it via the Help page.
