Meet the Mod today?

Oct 28, 2008 09:00 AM. Post 1
Hi Everyone,

I'll answer the questions that were posted and even though we took a while to get back to you there are some questions I couldn't get answers for and I would like to apologize for it.

The tournaments guys were a little cryptic but I am sure you will understand it all.

There are some big things happening here at PokerRoom and not every single person I needed to answer some of these questions was available to offer their insight.

Kind Regards,
Suze

A deep stacked NLHE MTT. I noticed a $100 rebuy PLOH game yesterday, 5k stack 15 min blinds. Can we have some 5k stack nlhe games please? This is standard across other sites; you want to keep up right? - The double deep is exactly that. We will be looking into introducing more such tourneys into the schedule in the near future.

Any news on the players I reported in the CD a few weeks ago? Why won’t PR disclose information of players that are caught cheating? Again, the bigger sites do publicly as it reinforces that the site actually care that they catch cheaters. Unlike PR where everything is swept under the rug. – PokerRoom is not able to disclose any information on players because we hold a contract with each player promising we will not publish information about their account or anything that happens with their account.

Ticket expiry. Now with the new shorter expiry date on tickets, it would be a good idea to say in the little tourney description blurb thingy it should say how long the ticket will last for.
- For qualifiers? This can be seen in their account pages when they have a won a ticket.

Do you think a forum or selected 'council of players' for player feedback BEFORE implementation of new ideas is viable and would benefit both the individual player and pr?
(There are issues i.e. security measures, where this is not viable) - We agree with you, and are looking at the many different ways to start up a player council.

Is Suze coming to Derby again this year? If so, can it be rigged that she is not at my table? – I’m not able to make it this time around so you don’t have to fear me sitting at your table.

Why are there no non-turbo non-rebuy non-qualifier non-shorthanded NLHE MTT tournaments between 16.20 and 21.30 CET? - Being looked into, no promises made
