I reported a multiaccounter a few weeks back. His other account is still active and playing about 20 tourneys a day. His ROI at scope is 180%. I´m sure that NOTHING will happen.

again, if they know, and still allow the cheating to go on, what else is ecogra "overlooking'????????

maybe a UB type situation(the host site is corrupt and possibly compromised)

Hey Girls and Guys,

I'm glad to see so many of us getting involved in this thread. It saddens me to note the downward-spiralling tone though. However, I totally understand each of your justifications in this regard as you have certainly pointed out many causes for concern (yours and the site's).

It has been said that..

Ongame Network take full responsibility for the occurrence and we are currently conducting a full investigation to determine the total number of affected tournaments and any specific cases of multi-accounting that took place during this limited period.

Kudos to all players involved in helping identify this issue in the first place (Am I the 1st to say so?). If it were up to me... wink

Resolution vs Time frame

All identified multi-accounting cases will be handled on a case by case basis, where possible players who were adversely affected will be compensated by a re-distribution of prize money.

No bones, this could take ages. I'm not sure what the process involves and so I cannot give you a timeframe. I would therefore appreciate your continued patience while this is being checked out.

Was there cheating? The facts will speak for themselves.

Those players who are determined to have used multi-accounting to their advantage will be dealt with according to the policies stated in our Terms and Conditions.

This does not read like a promise to get back to you with the results of said investigations, does it? And from what I've read, results are sought after just as much as is resolution. In fact it could be said that results in this case could be regarded as the ultimate resolution (Paints target on back...). Give me a chance to see if anything of this sort can be arranged. Please understand that due to the nature of the beast however, any information released will be limited for obvious security reasons.

Wish me luck.

Regards,
Stone

we've been here longer than a couple months and have seen lots of issues here :

obvious issues that should take minutes to resolve take weeks

tougher issues that should take days to resolve take months and even years

Maybe thats the reason for the negative tone to the thread, or maybe it's because those adversely afected know they will never live long enough to see a complete and legitimate and honest resolve.
