yesterday, the pokah community at pokerroom reported the ip blocker had been switched off. We were ignored. Instead, they flicked it back on, and offered no explaination. AGAIN. This whole drama happened just recently too.

It was never off bugze, it has always been on.

strictly speaking though Stone, the IP blocker was not working. One person atleast that I know of mistakenly reg'd for a tourney from here and another skin, (he was having trouble registering, it was lagging, and didnt realise it worked) the tourney started and he had both IDs in it. As it was he mucked one of them and finished his game with the other.

I do hope that you guys are taking this seriously and figuring out exactly why that was able to happen.

Im sure your threats of leaving is terrifying PR. I mean you are one thier top b1tching and banning customers. Someone says something you dont like..you run and tell on them..yet you sit and talk sh1t about them.

Anyways the point is it sounded like the guy was trying to answer your questions and you could do nothing but be a complete a hole. From the sounds of it they are working on the issue and maybe cant update you every EFFIN second of the day because have a few thousand customers (hopefully not as idiotic as you) that they are trying to accomodate.

Now I cant wait for your witty comeback of BS and some American slag off. But oyu know its true. If you are so unsatisfied then leave and STFU!!
