cooking question:

or advice...... I brought home a large bowl of Thanksgiving dressing and have had it in the fridge ever since.

Isn't it supposed to be safe to eat if eaten within 30 days? It had a thin dry crust formed on the surface, but didn't smell funny.

I warmed it up and ate quite a bit, tasted fair, but now my intestines are wiggling like there's a wildcat trying to get out.

And since the recipe contained raw eggs, should I be concerned?

Maybe it was the coke I had today for breakfast, haven't eaten since til the dressing.
