I believe it was once in all these years, it was 2 maybe 3 lines, no caps and you gave me a score of 3.7

that says it all really, i suck at venting sad

i see,how that is a problem 4 u then!!lets hope they sort u out 4 u extremely fast then.u would think PR would at least e-mail 1st when there going 2 do these things[with u being a regular customer]after all it is ur money in ur account not theres???

I still can't believe this happened in the first place, let alone not been resolved yet.

PR, your customer support is beyond a joke. Do something about it!!!

If this is how ongame treats it's paying clients, i'm gonna seriously reconsider my plans to go to a different ongame site after this one (finally) goes down..
