This has gone beyond disgusting. Almost to the point where some might consider seeking legal advice against Ongame, as there lack of action or response could be considered theft of the funds in the account without any good reason angry

I don't think PR has enough days left for Van to use all the tickets she deserves !

Due to the recent public holidays and the weekends, it has taken longer for our Risk department to have your documentation looked at and have your account block reviewed.


The moral of that story being don't block accounts for random security checks at the weekend and/or public holidays, you bunch of incompetent w@nkers.

I have been following this for over a week now and have said nothing but ...

How bloody stupid or incompetent can one site get? This has gone beyond the point of being ridiculous.

If this is how PR treats their loyal customers in their dying last throes, can you imagine what Bwin itself might be like given whatever circumstances?

If I had any doubts about moving to a different site once PR closes, this has certainly made up my mind once and for all - NO THANK YOU.

FREE VAN YOU BLOODY INCOMPETENTS!!!!!!!!

As a side note:

In July 2006, I had occasion to fly to Las Vegas to attend a Poets' Convention. I have a laptop btw, and while waiting at the airport for my flight, decided to pay for wireless so that I could play some poker. As well, once I got to my hotel room I immediately set up an account with the internet company that services the hotel.

When I returned home a week later, and went to log into my account, I could not, so I emailed PR. They wrote back next day and said that my IP did not correspond, that I had to prove to them who I was, etc. Had to fax them a copy of my Driver's License and my phone bill in order to get my account unblocked.

Got my account unblocked within a couple of days, but to say I was pi**ed off over this would be putting it mildly. And all because I used my laptop!!

What do these incompetents think laptops were invented for in the first place, if not to take with you when travelling?

Go to Bwin? Not on your life!!

Cashout and never look back. Anything can happen, while a site is taken over...why risk it?

Plenty of well run sites out there to play poker on.
