Why has Bwin made if so ****ing difficult to find out EXACTLY what we will have at Bwin ?
For example, consider this from the FAQs:

Q. Which methods are available on bwin for withdrawal?
A. bwin offers various methods for withdrawal. These mainly depend on the country you are registered with, the currency you have saved in your account and any previously used payment methods. You will find specific information regarding the payment options that are available for you in your account under “Withdrawals”.

What account ? The one I have now at PR, or the one I'm thinking of moving to at BWin ?

Why on earth could BWin not just list the options ?

I don't have a good feeling about the BWin merger! This answer is utterly useless. PLEASE BWin consider giving us some precise information which doesn't require us to wade through pages and pages of marketing.

I have moved over and all seems the same except for the $200 free bonus and the 9 free-roll tickets. Doesnt seem different to me

Yes would be nice if all the account stuff and player point stuff was all on the same page - its all a bit fiddly and confusing. I suppose we'll get used to it.

Careful now perci. You might find all your posts deemed as spam and deleted by Bugz. You know, the guy thats a mod here even though he hardly ever plays.

As to your point made, you are absolutely correct, the whole process is damn near impossible for a great number of players and no doubt that won`t be the end of the "surprises".

PokerRoom to the last! Offers an incentive to change over quickly, then ****s up the transfer process so no one can collect. I was trying at something like 3am GMT this morning, and still got the 'busy' message.

I say, DOG DAMN

And yeah, the crappy bwin website layout, the cheap look to the table, all reasons why people signed up with PR & not bwin in the first place. If you click on Cashier in PR, you go straight to the status of your account. Seems so bleeding obvious that you can't help wondering why bwin would send you a-clicking to get the same info.

Well, the information does differ from country to country, but having said that, it might have been better to put the info into the PR pages prior to the move so that everybody could see exactly where they stood.

be happy you haven't been transferred..we were, went in four games, disconnected us at the final table and will not recognize our password..took our 105.00 dollars and booted us off....

All I can say is
1-I transfered no problem
2-I didnt get any errors
3-Everything seems to work at the moment
4-I logged in without a hitch
5-There ARE OTHER SITES that may be better suited for US CANADIANS.

OK, I transferred. Now I have a query. On the enticing lure-me-in page, it says:

$100 Bonus
Claim bonus - No deposit required

but when I complete the transfer, it says:

During the transfer you received a claim bonus - in order to receive this exclusive offer you have to make a deposit into your bwin account.

That is a direct contradiction. I'll e-mail support and try to find out what gives sad
