MTT Strategies

I have been playing OH8 with 3000 starting chips and 15 minute levels.

My opening game seems ok as I can consistently accumulate chips and stay around or above avg.
My 'middle' game must need some serious work from when about half the field is left (usually 150/300) to the money (between 34-45) I seem to always crumble.
I'll worry about my endgame when I fix the middle.

What are the steps you take to improve your game and adjust to new structures?

play consistently and raise with premium hands higher on in the levels as the blind structure gets higher the fish get more desperate so feed into that
