More tables, less juice!
July 15th, 2009

Thanks to the feedback you players have provided to our partner sites and directly to us, we’ve managed to push some multi-tabling features to the top of the priority lists. Expect to see the following options appear in the game clients we supply our partners with soon:

1. Animations Off- if checked, games will feature less animations which in turn means the software will require less CPU resources to run.

2. Table Size Stored - once one table in a new session has been scaled to a certain size, all consecutive tables will pop in that size as well.

One of the biggest irritations, for me, is the 'fruit machine' animation that changes your stack amount when you bet, or win. If it only an "option" to get rid of that, the time will still be wasted as the display updates on the screens of anyone else who might not have disabled it.

If I want animation, I'll go to PKR

Has the forced log-off been moaned about already?

Used to be, if you idled in the lobby and didn't join any tables, you'd get logged off after a while. Nothing wrong with that.

But if you registered for a tournament and otherwise did nothing (even if the tourney didn't start for an hour or more), you stayed logged in. That way, you didn't miss the beginning of the ****ing tournament!

Does anyone know if there are any plans for Bwin to have a bigger variety of loyalty tournaments like there used to be on PR?
Used to be loyalty tourneys for all the games but can only see HE loyalty ones now and they're reasonably infrequent.

This was really simple for me to do.

1. Withdrew every penny from PR before the change over to BW

2. Stayed at HP until I saw that the snafu's at ongame were an ongoing problem.
They can't even follow through with their updates, they keep putting them off.

3. Withdrew every penny from HP, and deleted every ongame site on my puter.

4. Noticed FT had a major update and new look this morning (similar to what these morons have been trying to do for the last 2 months), which took all of 3 minutes to download and play without any problems.

5. It's obvious the tech people at ongame, couldn't fix a fcuking flat tire.

6. Simple decisions happy

very_happy Chips

I haven't been playing much because I've been sick for like 2 weeks sad but the last day I played I actually didn't have to shut down the software, not even once. surprised

I also hear that we can turn off animations now, so that's cool. Don't really care that it won't speed the games up because a lot will still have animation on (well, all it would take is one, obv) but I understand why it'd bug some people if you don't play many tables. Anything that might appeal to the casual player is great in my books, though. happy

had my table freeeze and the client shutdown 5times in last 2weeks in sngs, been refunded after emails to support after a few days.

Its better than it was in the initial stages for most peeps.

Since the major ft upgrade, ive had to reinstall the clent 4 times and am having an ongoing issue of table freezes and inability to login.

I'm also having issues with single grains of rice becoming lodged under/between keys on my keyboard, leading to frequently typing 'clent' instead of 'client' etc. So far both bwin and ft are refusing to admit resposibility for this.
