tricky one. you might be ahead but i doubt it. and it's obv gonna cost you a lot to find out. get out as long as you can. you don't have the nuts, and you're not drawing for the nuts. your hand can only get worse.
if i were him id put you exactly on the hand you actually have. the way you played it tells me "high flush draw". if he doesnt have you beat and still bets into you so heavily: kudos. he outplayed you lol. get him next time happy

Id be calling that all day long. No hesitation. Id find your hand hard to put down even if the guy was good.

p.s.: just to make clear: if it was the river i'd probably call. but there is another round of bets to come and it can only get worse for you.

But this is low stakes Pat. And as ratty says hes a fish. He might even have a flush himself. or a low draw. You never know in these low games. I still figure its worth calling.

yeah ok, but a fish imo is not someone who raises with crap, but someone who calls with crap. obv, ratty might well be ahead but it will cost him loads to find out. second nuts in holdem is nice, in oh8 more often than not it's a disaster.
