It was there when they were down for maintenance, and I assumed it was just referring to the site being down. Now I'm not so sure.

It might refer to them allowing new posters soon. I doubt it means opening for poker, although another site which closed is apparently now back up. It would obviously be a good thing for them to open up PR for poker again. It might get Ongame a few of their customers back.

Unusual to have something up there that isn't a link. As to what it means, the short answer is 'Dunno'. surprised
