Played 5er Royal 15k gtd tn. Blinds 5-10k i think.
Only bought in, no rebuys and one addon.
Finished in 12th. My final hand, i had AK of clubs, i doubled blinds and was left one on one with 3rd place, because he raised me all in. I called. He had 88 vs ak of clubs.
flop was 558, game over, then 6a to finish. No real significance.
Is this a matter of luck?
My question is, he had about 400k in chips and was near leading. I had about 120k in chips and near last.
Should i have folded. I think i definitly did right thing, and feel good about it. Just pity i didnt hit,
Whether you like to admit it or not I think we all know the real truth about this network. I remember once having a conversation with someone who completely denied any hint of rigging was going on. Then proceeded to inform me that I should avoid noobs because "they`re allowed to win more often than they should".
I don`t like to mince words. Bwin is crooked and rigged imo. Merely an opinion of course.I`ve seen too much happen here since Bwin took over for me to believe otherwise. They`ve even abandoned the IP block (once again) that we all fought so hard to have enforced
You know thats the one thing i never bother about. Rigged sites. It has never bothered me in 3 years i been playing. I guess i get beat i played stupid or was unlucky. Sometime i play bad cards and "hit" Play good cards and lose. On PS myself but thinking of changing but i never bother to much about that stuff. I figure over a month if i lose its ME. spot_logic. You lose over 3 months? Take up snap or kill your self. Seems reasonble to me. Thinking of stopping playing for a while myself. Not site or cards. Just getting fed up playing and cant work out what to play. I reckon i stop drinking and get plan i could win a bit but seems unlikely. More spot+logic. Bed now TC you beggers.
You had 12bbs, you should jam pre with AK. With such a small stack you have to take your chances. Don't question your play because you lost a coinflip. Better luck next time. JB
5k/10k and you have 120k stack. It's costing you 15k per orbit. 120k/15k/orbit = "M" of 8. It's kind of a tricky stack size. You're still deep enough that you could make a decent open raise, but fold if there was too much action behind you.
Heads up, you're pretty unlikely to run into AA or KK and if you do it's just bad luck. Against any other pair you're flipping, and you can get action from worse aces. You have to be happy getting the money in here pre-flop and getting the chance to double back into contention.
My question is, he had about 400k in chips and was near leading. I had about 120k in chips and near last.
With AK you have to jam this in any position.
Great job getting so deep but with 12 BB's this is an auto jam.
You jam and put them to the test minibetting with 10 bbs behind deep allows them to 3bet AI like this thinking they can "put you to the test" jamming takes this away and puts any "test" firmly on them.
Don`t get me wrong Spot. I couldn`t give a horses about whether Bwin is rigged or not. Don`t play here and never will again. I make good money playing elsewhere although I`m rarely on the virtual tables now. Nowadays I mostly play cash PLO - love it lol In short I have no faith in Bwin whatsoever. I can cite reasons for this but why bother. For the record, this is the only network where I feel 100% scammed. In the example Goofy gave in the original post, I would`ve known for sure it was the "bye-bye" hand. Just typical Bwin "randomness"
