I have requested 2 cashouts spot man, only after a 2wk exchange of emails regarding id, and Dev helping to correct a problem of my acc still refusing to allow me to cashout despite an email saying this would now be possible. The 1st cashout is now in its 4th day of sitting in my acc waiting to be processed.

Gits post in markys 'id' thread is a little more worrying happy

No idea how this works as i just send Marky dollars on other site and he cashes out for me.
Bit worrying if someone has money taken out of account and it not appearing in their bank.
This has happennned not once but twice?
I think the site has breaking in probs too . Give them a week or two but not put much money on here till sorted out i guess.
They should prob process the first cashout before allowing a 2nd. Im no genious . Give it another week .

This is exactly the reason why I haven't started back playing here again.
I quit playing at Bwin because their shop wouldn't ship to Canada and have been in a wait-and-see holding pattern with pokerroom this time around as they are just an ONGAME bwin skin now.
I know this is off the topic but I thought I would add my 2 cents in.
I guess the new pokerroom is nothing like the old pokerroom, but I thought I read somewhere ONGAME was merging with partypoker who in turned are owned by the WPT
Even if this turns out to be fact pokerroom is making it very difficult to play here. sad

Youre right leo man of course. TBH pr was always lovingly slightly incompetent, whereas bwin were moneygrabbing incompetents who never gave a flying fk about customer service IN MY EXPERIENCE.

I just hope its chaotic incompetence and nothing more sinister.

Reason:
changed the tense of bwin reference to past tense as i gave up there a month after transferring

Why is it they can fix the "delete picture button" the day they are asked but when it comes to
1-cashouts
2-perma blocked loyal players who played here in the past
3-folding mid hand
4-etc etc
they stumble around like a bunch of keystone cops are running this place and want to see it die before it gets off the ground?
