I play here and full tilt. i think that full tilt is slightly better...but you can't beat the forums here. i also like the amount of 20 and 30 mtt's here.

The sites make a fortune on these huge bonus deals. Only like 30% of players actually collect on the bonus before they bust out or have to redeposit. Check those clearing rates and make sure you don't have to quit your job to play enough hands to qualify.

UB bonus isn't that hard, You get $0.05 per hand in rings for any rake over $0.50. I averaged $2.50 per hour per table in omaha. HE rates will be higher due to higher hand per hour rates. Start a new table and earn 25% more points. The tables are soft and have been very profitable for me. I don't mind the interface either. They do have a neat feature where you can play tables with your player points. The tables are only a little better than play money, I'm half way towards getting a chip set.
