I have won $118 with my free spins in the Crusades of Fortune game (well, I won it using the $5 I've won with my free spins; I accidentally clicked max bet and won over 10k coins!) but it still sais "reserved in games" in my account. I know there was something about waging it at least 30 times before being able to release it to my "real money account", how does this exactly work? Do I have to do something special? Do I have to spin 30 more times with minimum bet and on one line, or do I have to bet 30x5=$600 to release the cash (making it almost impossible to release it...)? The support in the Live Chat told me that spinning 30 times more, for the minimum bet and with one bet line should be sufficient to release the cash... Well, I did that but it's still not there. I really hope that it is possible to release the cash and that it's not a "scam" because it's practically impossible to release it. What do you guys think of this?
