| Presentation | 10/14/2005: A quick update. For some reason, pokerroom thinks I don't need to chat. I have never insulted anyone and I don't curse on here so, I'm not sure why they stopped me from chatting. Oh well. If we happen to be at the same table and I don't say anything you now know why. Because of this I don't play on here nearly as much anymore. Still want to say good luck at the table and, since I can still post, leave me a message and I'll try to answer. Well I have to admit, I think I am a poker addict. I play online almost every day. Mostly short handed tournaments. I tried my luck at the ring games for awhile and was up and down. The tourneys seem to work better for me. I do play the freerolls and a few other multi-table tourneys when I can but, since I work most days, I don't get a chance to play them as often as I'd like. I have played live in Las Vegas, NV, Reno, NV, Kansas City, Missouri (since I can't remember the two letter abbreviation for Missouri) and Biloxi, MS. Overall I have done pretty well but I am certainly not ready to go professional. I have been gambling, in private games, the dog track, and anywhere that I can make a bet, for many years. The best luck I ever had was on a slot machine (a game I never play) in Atlantic City in 1990. I hit a progressive game for $35,970. What a thrill! I just happened to be heading to the cashier to cash in a bucket full of quarters that I won playing the $.25 video poker game and I decided to stop and drop a few quarters on my way back to the BlackJack tables. I hit five 7's on the 3rd pull. Needless to say it was a great night!!! I post in other's Pokah accounts occasionally but usually just lurk when I am playing against you to see what I can find out. By the way, and since I've been asked a few times, my username comes from the initial of my last name and was my nickname when I was younger. I was Big C, my younger brother was Little C, and my parents were Mr. & Mrs. C. Just like on "Happy Days" for those of you who remember that sitcom. |
