| Presentation | I notice when I type certain things in the chat window of a game I get cencered. The dumbest one so far is when I type a number of Zs, as in its a booring game waiting for someone to take their turn and I am told that this is profain and unacceptable language and it will not be tolerated. Just got out of the hospital after a month's stay, and low and behold I can't even play in the free rolls anymore. Wow, gotta love being an American. Not that being a member of this site makes a crappy difference any more, but I just won $810.00 in a local tournament(2nd place). To bad you cant even win a penny on this site any more. When I visit someones page, I almost always leave a message in their guestbook. Sometimes I just type "pokah points", sometimes its something I think the person will find Witty. Makes me wonder why no one will return the courtisy to me. Only takes just a few seconds. Ok, enough on that rant. I spent 20 years in the Air Force. Only overseas assignment I had was to Turkey. My fovorite uncle must have thought I liked it there cause good old Uncle Sam sent me back for a second tour. I've retired from that and moved on to the post Office. As far as poker goes, I've been playing it since my military days. Mostly dealers choice back in those days. Since retirement I got hooked on Omaha for a while. Now I've joined the Hold-em craze. Only worked up the nerve to play once in a casino. Ended up winning $90.00 in a $3.00 - $6.00 - $12.00 game. Would like to go back and try again but either its too far, or I dont have the cash. Story of my life. lol. A short update. Casino winnings now over $1,000.00 next update. Finished 7th out of 2000 in a freeroll. |
