		... I was at the golf Expo in London yesterday and saw Lee Sharpe, Hans Segers and Phil Babb. This reminded me of the game in the mid-90's ... may have been against Coventry, where Phil Babb slid towards goal to clear the ball. As he did, he put one leg either side of the post and hit with a massive crunch! .... the funniest and most painful moment all in one! .... What are your funniest football moments!

		This is not quite on topic, but it is the funniest thing I ever heard about it. In the late sixties there was a BBC broadcast in which a slightly tipsy young lady was attempting read an account of the World Cup match, but kept getting her words mixed up. Perhaps you've heard it on the Best of Bloopers tape. Anyway, the harder she tried to get it right the worse it got... "..sored cop wucker, ... curled wup sock, ... world sup c@ck... oh, chit! ... WORLD C@ck Svcker Champions! There you are! ...Oh, chit" I was rolling on the floor before the first "oh, chit."
