Yes, Duck, those screen freezes happen to me several times a week. At first I thought it was a problem at my end, because whenever they happen I find other pages are loading slowly too.

But the problem only ever happens when I am playing, and lots of people are seeing it, so I now believe it is a PR problem. (I use java version.)

It is most def a PR problem. All other sites and programs work fine when this is happening. And it is very frustrating when you have worked hard to get yourself in a position for a decent cash only to see your stack blinded away on the bubble because the screen freezes and the connection is lost. angry Money well wasted.

If your screen freezes (a well known PR problem) hit ctrl+alt+del to get the Windows task manager, from the applications tab select Pokerroom then press the End Task button.

You'll be asked if you want to report the problem... dont bother, I've sent it hundreds of times.

You should be able to restart PR within a minute of doing this and hopefully you haven't lost too many chips/positions.

Hi,

Just one suggestion for now. Increase the prize money in green and silver tournaments. I know they are bonus games and i probably shouldn't complain, but some people last night got $1.80 for 2hrs play. There seems to be more and more players playing in these tournaments and maybe PR can look at this.

What do I want from PR?

1. A decent reload bonus.
2. Some sort of incentive for the ring game player, not the devalued player points.
Remeber that the majority of the players on this site play ring games.
3. Return player points for being dealt cards.

There have been some quite good bonuses recently, meit. You didn't even have to reload, you just signed up and got the PP and go the dosh. I'm currently working through a $500 for 4000PP bonus.

I didn't have to reload, and didn't have to spend any PP to buy the bonus. And you keep the PP, obviously, once you have earned them. Sadly there's nothing at the moment, though. You just missed them. Sorry.
