Why would the team manager have ALL the refund money? No way jose!!

PR must have a lot of jerks working for them, lol, maybe jerks is all they can get to work for them!!

But that aint nowhere near good enough, you know who paid into the events so pay us out will you,
Does anyone know how we stand on this with trading standards as i'm sure there is a law or two been broken here wink#

Could it be that they are contacting the wrong department? Perhaps it should be the "Irrelevant Department"? Maybe then you would get some action to your satisfaction.

Jerks that jerk your strings - lol.

Keep at it, maybe, just maybe your refunds will come through.

Still can't believe this PR BS!

Thank you for your recent email regarding your team refund.

I am sorry that you have not yet received your refund. I however would
like to assure you that we are not giving any of the teams that have
not been refunded yet the \"run around\". The reason why you could not
participate in the game on the 2008-03-19 and 2008-03-20 was for the fact
that there was a technical issue regarding team play. That issue has not
yet been resolved for all teams. Other teams have been refunded, but
not all teams. Our technical department is currently still looking into
this issue. I am aware of the fact that you have been waiting for your
refunds for a considerable length of time now. I can assure you that
it is not an \"amount\" issue that is holding your refunds up but simply
the fact that issue is not yet resolved for some team accounts.

I would like to thank you for your patience thus far and for you
understanding in this matter.

Should you have any further queries, please contact us again.

This is actually the first email of about 7 that have addressed the matter in depth...rather than the old \"looking into it speil\".

Maybe we will get it after all


Altho looking at the new events with the gtd screwed up, Im not so sure they know what they are doing.

Read the email a little more closely,
Very good how they have carefully chosen their words and spaced it out,
As you will see if you read it closely, they are only telling you what they have already told us,
There was a technical fault, the team department are looking into it and they cant say when we are ever going to get our refund back.

Very good POKER ROOM,
But if yer gonna screw us at least cover it up better than that sad sorry email.

Why cant they just pay out they know who is affected and how much whats the problem,
its not technical to refund someone money.
( I think that all the pokerroom staff have been abducted and replaced by ZOMBIES , happy this is why we not gettin our money back very_happy )

After reading chips email received from PR, I am wondering if the "tech issue" they are referring to might be that PR, because of the tech issue, has no idea of what teams entered that event?

I mean, what other "tech issue" could it be? As you stated caddy, it doesn't take a "tech issue" to refund your team money.

Jeez, what next PR? If this keeps up, teams will be wary about entering team tournaments that end up getting cancelled and taking 3 weeks or more to refund monies.

Always something going wrong, if it isn't a "tech issue" it's something else. Oh to see the day when NOTHING goes wrong!! Or is that just a pipe dream?winkwinkwink

i have now contacted both ecogra and kahnawake about the matter, dont know if they are the right people or not but they have to be better than pokerroom

WTG spider, hope you get some action.

This issue is now to the point of being absolutely ridiculous!!! Tech issues are one thing, but this is an entirely different situation that should have been resolved the day after the event was cancelled.

No wonder players are leaving here in droves!!
