Not going to list all that rubbish here.

I haven´t been playing that much here lately and only 1 table at a time. No problems with the connection what so ever.

Tonight I desided to play a little 100HE and enetered a room tourney too.
When the tourney started to run (2 tables. 1 cash and 1 tourney) the problems started.

It was working fine for about an hour, but then I got 6 connection failures in 40 minutes or so and a long 10 minute dropout right after the bubble in the tourney.

Needless to say that when I came back I had less than the blinds left. The last dropout happened excactly at the same moment I made a reraise to 8 dollars with my KAs and never got back to the game again.

This is the first time, that i have been playing multitables in PR, since the last update. I had no problems with the previous one.

Pretty obvious where the problem is...PR IT`S YOUR CRAPPY CODERS angry

I've been having connection problems for weeks now like many others, quite a few have now left PR because of this problem.

For me personally it's been just an irritating inconvenience until now.
Previously I would get booted but could quickly log back in and get back to my table before any real damage was done.

But this week the problem has been much worse and it's now costing me money which I'm not prepared to put up with.

I've already posted a detailed description on another thread and have also copied and pasted this to PR Support.

I wasn't going to play here tonight but now that I've got your attention I intend to stick around in the hope we can get to the bottom of whatever is causing this.

I'm currently playing 3 STT and 2 MTT without any problem.
And this is around the same time I played before when I was continously booted.
If there was any kind of a problem with my firewall etc this would not be possible.

Firewalls aren't time specific, they run continously as does my antivirus.
Nothing has changed on my PC since I reported thie problem.
Yet tonight I am playing without any kind of problem whatsoever.

The mistake you have made is assuming the customers are causing the problem and as a result not taking it seriously.

This is the reason people are getting angry and leaving PR....

Hi Mr xxxxx

Thank you for your recent email.

I am sorry to hear that you are still experiencing trouble with your connection.

I have checked the hand that you are referring to "T4-64897124-1", and I can confirm that you are the only one experiencing connection trouble in the hand. Furthermore, the reason that your chip stack decreased is that you made a bet before getting disconnected, therefore when you returned you saw a smaller chip stack.

If you would like to review the hand, you can use the Hand History tool on the My Account page. You can use the following URL to take you to the My Account page: https://www.pokerroom.com/account/

We hope that you have a great day.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,
Shuabe Simons

Although I was the only one booted 6 hands in succession I was able to post on Pokah and contact Live Chat while it was happening.

PR Support are admitting I lost money due to the disconnection while completely absolving themselves of any blame.
And they are ignoring the fact I was booted another 5 times during this game.
