15 table simultaneous play

Apr 13, 2008 02:03 AM. Post 1
Today on April 13 at 7.30 AM Moscow time I was looking for a table Holdem NL $.15-$.25 What I found out Makelele19 was sitting at all 15 of them and at the each of them he or IT was making money! I am asking how it is possible for the human.
This company never called me to verify my identity and do not display any phone number to call directly. That means whoever is responsible for running software could easily generate a computer player in his or her favor! This is violation of gaming rules which need to be fixed for the health and pockets of the rest of the poker community.

Curious.

I have done 9 before. I used to do 8 on a regular basis. 15 is impressive. If a shmuck like me can do 8-10 then I'm sure several people could do 15.

I'm not sure how PR checks for bots but it sounds like a candidate for one. Most likely it isn't tho happy

Wow, Poke. You play 8 tables regularly. I had in mind that you dont like multitabling very much.
Maybe just mixed sth. up.

Do you have a focus on one table or do you play all with the same attention?

You are partially correct flush.

I am not that comfortable multi-tabling shorthanded tables. I am relatively new to shorthanded play.

I first started playing poker exclusively 10 handed cash games. It is easy to play 8 tables because my pre flop fold is around 90%. There is usually only one or two hands going on at any time that require attention.

I don't (usually) play this many tables anymore because it is extremely difficult to pick up on how other people are playing and take advantage.

I'm moving this thread to the Poker Lounge, where I think it is better suited (sooted mad). It is an interesting point the OP raises, though.

Humans can and do play this many tables, and more. On the other hand, I have seen discussion in chat at the tables about bots recently, with some allegations made. It would be good if PR look into the player the OP names to check it out, in my opinion.

Here's a link I've posted before of Hevad 'Rain' Khan playing 26 SnGs.

Khan got banned from a site because he was playing so many hours and so many tables that his opponents believed he was a bot. They complained, and he got banned. He made this video to prove that he was actually playing.

lmfao, Eye of the Tiger very_happy

basically you can be profitable at as many .25NL tables as your system can handle. 8 is my limit, and I haven't done more than 6 in months.

As far as the turbo SnG crew are concerned, 15 is kind of average... Most of the regs play 16+

Cash is a different beast and to play well (particularly shorthanded) 15 is too many... Good players can play 8 at once, but anymore and then it becomes too hard to play well... i'm sure there are a small number of people out there who can manage it.

As for 15 tables at 25NL... Id say hes almost certainly legit... especially seeing as it would be full ring... Like pokeinator was saying, if you play TAG, you'll only ever be involved in 3 (maybe 4 hands... sometimes more I guess) at any one time...

and 25NL full ring can be played profitably with A TAG ABC style that is very conduvive to multitabling....

Hi! It is not possible to do all check and folds in time and make money on all 15 tables I've heard there is software to use. And that was the thing I was thinking the guy used. A question is: why pokerroom.com does not check the identity. Any person who have an access to the software and know what to do can use it in his or her favor.
