If a game get cancelled PR keep the players money... ffs.. This has been goin on for ages now.. How hard is it to fix???

The 6 members signing up for the 1000 gtd in the very beginning of may, (or was it late April) has still NOT gotten their money back.

about 20 dollar for each player. One of the members are brand new at team...

-Ive sent Suze 3 pm,s

-Posted it in HQ and bumped the thread 3 times.

-The main manager has talked to live support many times.

-I was promised a answer over a week ago, and still there is nothing..

This is hopeless...

I suggest this long lasting problem get fixed asap, all players involved should get refunded + a tic for waiting.. -Same goes for all managers/ co that need to answer the questions from the players involved.

Enough of this now!

lykanthropos, in my previous posts I had informed that PokerRoom is currently working on this issue and till then all refunds will be manually credited to players accounts.

Do you know which event and date? the teams will be refunded tomm, but I think all teams have been refunded for canceled tourneys.

For future reference, please contact me for any issues related to Team Play

Cause we have been informed for months now that PR is working on it..Yet, it still happen..

The players have been refunded with an extra $1.77 as compensation for the delay. Please request them to check their PokerRoom accounts.

The auto refund option would take a while, but please contact me for any issues with refunds. I understand your frustration and would appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Anyway.. U ask for my understanding, and i dont wanna be difficult at all, however we play with real money here, and when the problem go on for months, u gotta wonder...
Dont u agree Fred?

On top of that, its xtra frustrating when u got brand new players on the team.. They got no idea whats goin on, and could easily pull out thinking its a scam, or a bad setup.

As managers we gotta spend lots of time making posts (like this), threads in pokah, pm,s to ubermods, talking to live support and explaining to the members why its missing...- After all, (believe it or not) we got better things to do.

Its ok with compensation, and thanx, but for the future it would be better with a few tics to whoever involved, including managers..

OR offcourse.. The best is that the problem get solved..

If not i guess every manager just have to sit and wait to the last sec, then unreg team team if less then needed number of teams sign up. Sigh.

I find the 1.77 compo a little laughable too kim, were in £ here so jay got a whole 80 pence for all the trips to live support and numberous team questions to answer sorting this matter out, time that could have been used doing other things.

hey fred tricky of team kittys we were regd for cancelled team event as well has my teams refund been looked after as well. sorry i didnt message earlier but had surgery last week and only got to it now cheers tricky
