We are NOT suppose to inform, its suppose to happen automatic.

Kim, I understand your frustration and know its not your job to inform PokerRoom regarding your refunds, but for the meantime I request you to be co-operative or else we will have to stop team play tourneys till this issue is fixed.

no offense Kim, but it's been made perfectly clear there is no auto refund in team play. Accept this or don't play.

Offering suggestions to implement an auto system is fine. But stop whining about team play peeps very_happy

Thats not what im saying..

1. If there is no auto-refund, PR should have the overview what games didnt start.

2. When we reg for a teamevent, the buyin is taken away.
If we unreg before it starts, we get it str8 back into wallet. So it cant be that hard.

3. Pokin Harder unreg. in time if there isnt enough teams, so im not fighting my own battle here.. Sufur, if u call this whining, thats ok for me.
I will simply stop pushing to get this done.

The 'whining' comment wasn't directed at you specifically Kim. Although your original post in this thread sounded more like a demand than a suggestion/opinion. If I misunderstood I apologize happy

I'm all for keeping PR on their toes and hasseling them when they feck up. Team play is known to have issues and we just have to accept them for the time being.

If we always accept all issues, we soon got a problem Sufur. -And i like to think PR like us to remind them.

(scrolling up to my first post);

By automatic, i dont nessecary mean in system, but it would be very nice if PR could take a note themselves of which games dont start, and refund us str8 away. Its silly when weeks go by.

And offcourse, the very best would be if it was automatic in the system.

Hope that made any sence.
