BOTF postponement

After postponement of Battle of the Forums (BOTF)final, PR support sent apologies and told the players it would credit a ticket to a Champion Chip satellite for all the players. It's been more than 2 weeks since then and no ticket nor any response from support to my 2 emails on the subject. What's going on?

The best person to email is the Gamesrep.

If you do a player search on the left hand side of Pokah! and serch for Gamesrep, you can then send him a private message from his profile.

I recieved that same email and after a few days passed without recieving the ticket I emailed site support. Naturally it took a bit of time to get a response (about 3 days) but I did in fact finally recieve my ticket. Oddly enough that ticket was faulty, so after emailing them again and another 2 or 3 days, they relaced the ticket.

Squeeky wheel condorarq, gotta make noise to get action.

Thanks! I see the ticket now at my account. It really surprised me this delay, as comparing with many rooms I have been, I rank PokerRoom customer service high. Now let's wait for the BOTF final.

I qualified for the pocketfives team and did not receive a single email from pokerroom to tell me of the first cancellation at the beginning of may, or any future cancellations or rescheduling. I'm extremely disappointed that as a captain of my forum, I was kept completely out of the loop to any developments.
