"authentification failed" when trying to connect with a mobile phone

Hi,

I've seen an add for playing pokeron my mobile phone, then i open an account on Pokerroom. I've downloaded the software and it is now installed on my mobile phone. But when i try to connect, i can't : there is written "authentification failed".
I've tried about 20 times, and i use the same login (e-mail) and password on the web site to see my account, so i'm very sure of these informatons.
I haven't played yet to poker room, so may i play on a pc before playing on my mobile phone ?
Or is there an option in my account i need to check to have the permission to play on my mobile phone ?

Help please !

Hi nricomico,

I happy to tell you that you will not need to play poker on your PC first. If you have an account, you will be able to play the mobile version right away. There is also no option on your account that you need to check in order to play the mobile version.

If your mobile is compatible with the PokerRoom.com software and you have managed to download the software, all you need to do is login with your email address and password and then select the game of choice.

As this is not the case, I would suggest that you contact your mobile manufacturer and query if they allow 3rd party downloads. You can also view our site here for general mobile setup information and network requirements.
