"Real money games or possibilities to make deposits are not offered to U.S. customers. The customer confirms that he/she is not located in the USA. Players on Australian soil and residents of Turkey are prohibited from playing any of the SITE's games for real money."

Sorry if this issue has already been addressed, but does anyone know how long this ruling has been in effect?

Are there any aussies still playing here?

it says nothing about australian soil that I can see.


From the TOS

Real money games or possibilities to make deposits are not offered to U.S. customers. The customer confirms that he/she is not located in the USA. Residents of Turkey are prohibited from playing any of the SITE's games for real money.

It might be one of those additions that shows when routed through an Australian server. Hopefully some other Australian sees it. Or else I am going mad.

Well, thanks for confirming that it's there mouse. Even though I cut and pasted the quote directly, other players couldn't see it, and it had me wondering if I had imagined it. Anyway, I just asked live support about it, and they said "We have not been advised about any changes for Australian players."

Not that that was any help telling us what they plan for the future. *shrug*

Id say they have just used a session variable (country) to display that part of the text.

mmm will be interesting... we need Susie, Mags or Don for this one.

Cant post any more cause im getting close to my 1000th post and I want to save it for something special
