championship tournament ticket

I can't believe that PR has changed the entry for the cc tourney!

I entered a satellite where the winner was GUARANTEED to have an entry into the cc. My 220 + 15 ticket is no longer good for the cc tourney. After talking to PR via live chat, phone, and email they are unwilling to make any changes to the tickets. Since there are no other 220 + 15 regular tournaments, Now the only thing that I am able to do is to enter a championship exchange tourney. Six people enter, and 4 get new tickets. The other 2 people are screwed.

I'm not sure what PR thinks GUARANTEED means, but its definitely different from what I think it means.

Same thing happened earlier this year when PR changed the entry fee for the WSOP packages (220 + 15). I won a ticket to WSOP, but when I went to use it the entry had changed. I had to use that one for a cc tourney.

Anyone else think that this is just plain wrong??????

yup, alot of us have voiced our opinions in this thread.

it totally sucks, and is completely unprofessional, but it really doesn't seem like there's anything anyone can do other than take their business elsewhere.
