Why won't the game start? All I get is a gray square.
Your browser needs to be compatible with Java 1.1. All the latest versions of Netscape and Explorer are. If you can, you should download an upgrade. If not, see if you already have some other browser on your machine that might work better.

What advantages does the ”lite” Java version have?
The lite Java version loads faster from Lobby to each Table. Using less memory, it should also work faster on older and slower computers. It takes less time to load for players with slower internet connection and the colours used cause relatively less stress on players' eyes
