What do the table abbreviations and symbols mean?
The symbols and abbreviations for the tables in the lobby are as follows:

HE = Texas Hold'em
7S8 = 7-Card Stud Hi/Lo
7S = 7-Card Stud
OH8 = Omaha Hi/Lo
OH = Omaha
Red padlock = private table, creator's permission needed
Green and red “lightning” = adaptive or turbo speed (faster than normal) -
How much is the rake?
The house rake is calculated as 5% of the matched bets in the pot, up to a maximum of $3. This rule applies regardless of whether real money is used, to make the game more realistic.

The maximum rake also varies depending on the number of players. With fewer players, the max rake generally gets lower. Please look under "Table info" in the game menu for rake information about each table. For a more comprehensive rake table, please visit our Poker4 Rules page. -
I've just bought casino chips. Why does it say I have zero balance?
You do not require casino chips to play poker. They are only needed for new casino games like craps, roulette etc. You can return chips for cash from your account page, and proceed to the poker tables where you will be asked for the amount you want to start with.
