Can't find a sufficent answer?
  • How do I cash out money?

    Go to our cash-out page and select the cash-out method you prefer. Depending on how you have deposited money earlier, you may choose between a number of ways including check.

    Please note that you must have real money on your PokerRoom account in order to be able to cash-out. Certain restrictions may apply if you participate in promotions.

  • When will I receive my cash-out?

    This varies depending on how you choose to receive your cash-out:

    NETeller - usually 1 business day
    Moneybookers - usually 1 business day
    European Visa - up to one week (bank handling)
    Courier cheque - 1-4 business days
    Normal cheque - 7-20 business days

    Business days are Monday-Friday. No processing is done on Saturday and Sunday. If you, on a Friday, request a cashout which takes one business day, expect it on Monday

  • Where will my cheque be sent?

    The cheques are sent to the address you entered when you signed up for real money. If you are not sure that the address is correct, please check your address information on the Account page. A free shall be charged for cheques sent to incorrect addresses. Please note that we cannot send courier cheques to PO Box addresses.

  • Are there any cash-out fees?

    Cashing out from your PokerRoom account is free. However, for courier cheques under $1,000, there is a $30 courier charge deducted from the withdrawn amount.

  • Can I cancel a cashout?

    Yes. When you have requested a cash-out, the cash-out needs to be processed by our staff, which is done within 24 hours. Before the cash-out has been processed, you are able to cancel it. The money will then be deposited back into your account. This option is listed on the deposit page amongst the other deposit forms, but only if you have any non-processed cash-outs.
