Can't find a sufficent answer?
  • How do I verify my account?

    To verify your account, simply click on the "Verify Email" link from the email sent to you during sign up. If you did not receive this email, log in to your account and you should be greeted with a message box that allows you to verify your email. Otherwise, please contact Support who would gladly resend you the verification email.

  • Where's my verification email?

    An email containing a verification link should have been automatically sent to you after signing up. You may not have received this due to a couple of reasons, including your email service provider having a spam filter.

    In order to verify your account, please log in to your account again and you should be greeted with a message box that allows you to verify your email. Otherwise, please contact Support who would gladly resend you the verification email.

  • I did not receive my verification email. What do I do?

    The verification is emailed to you after you register. Unfortunately, sometimes emails get lost on the internet.

    Please ensure that the email address support@pokerroom.com is saved within your email contacts. This shall reduce the risk of emails from Pokerroom being stopped by your spam filter.

    Once you've completed this, just log in and you will be greeted with a message box that allows you to verify your email. Otherwise, please contact Support who would gladly resend you the verification email.

    Please be sure to check the mailbox of the email address you entered when signing up. Also make sure the address is correct.

  • The link I received in the email did not work? How do I verify my email address?

    Try having the verification email resent to you by clicking on the message box that you'll see at the front page after logging in. If the problem persists, please contact Support through our Help page.

  • I registered an incorrect email address by mistake! Now I cannot verify my account, what do I do?

    We suggest that you update your email address and you can do this by going to My Account -> My Profile -> Personal Settings and Edit the player account details. Once you have updated your email address, log out of your account and open a new window and log in again. You should be greeted with a message box that allows you to verify your email.

  • Why do I need to verify my email/account?

    Email/account verification is used to verify a player's email address before they are permitted to access all PokerRoom features. In an effort to reduce the risk of fraudulent behavior, all players must verify their email address/accounts.

    Once you have verified your account, you will be able to deposit with ANY of our deposit methods and you will be able to cashout your funds from PokerRoom.
