Safari - Hand history link does nothing

Now forgive me if this is a known issue, but...

In Safari (3.1), the hand history link does nothing for me. I click it, it flashes as clicked but nothing happens.

I'd use Firefox, but in Firefox, it opens the hand history in the Java window as another tab, which completely screws things up...

I guess both instances are related to tabbed browsing being turned on, but is there a solution other than turning off tabbed browsing?

Any ideas greatly appreciated. happy

i assume you are using a mac. try firefox, change settings >>> tabs >>> click 'pages open in a new window' instead of 'pages open in a new tab'.

in safari, in the file menu I think, there is a command to block pop-ups. When that's activated the HHs links in table won't work. Deselect that option in safari and it should work.

In Safari, click "shift-Cmd-K"

or in the Safari menu deselect the "Block Pop-Up Windows" command.

This should take care of the problem.
