Step 1 – You log in the first time using your regular nickname and password (either through the website or Windows Download Client)
Step 2 –You will be prompted to complete an online form which requires a change of password and the completion of a Security Code
Step 3 – A Security Code will be sent via secure mail, to your inbox.
Note: The browser from which you are logged in to must remain open, so you should check your email using another browser or program. If you close down the original browser, the security code sent will no longer be valid and you will have to repeat the process from Step 1 and request a new (valid) security code.
Step 4 – Simply complete the online form.
Step 5 – From now on you will use your email together with your new password to log in to PokerRoom.com and all our games.
Step 6 – You are required to update your password on a regular basis.
