The activation code is emailed to you when you sign up. Unfortunately, sometimes emails get lost on the internet.
Please ensure that the email address support@pokerroom.com is held within your contacts. This shall reduce the risk of emails from PokerRoom being stopped by your spam filter.
Once you've completed this, just log in and you will be asked for the activation code. Click on the button titled 'Resend' to get the activation code emailed again.
Please be sure to check the mailbox of the email address you entered when signing up. Also make sure the address is correct.

This is fine, please just note that it's strictly forbidden to have multiple active accounts. In case you find your old account details, please let us know so we can close one of the accounts accordingly.
Yes, if you have not migrated your real money account on PokerRoom your login details and funds are reserved at your old account. Previous tickets, bonuses and players points do no longer apply. If you have an account registered before 2007 where you played just for fun (no deposits where ever made), you're welcome to register a new PokerRoom account to get started.
