Frequently Asked Questions

  • I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it at our reminder page. Please note that all requests for forgotten passwords must go through our reminder page. Email requests regarding lost passwords will only be answered in special cases. The reminder form is both faster and safer than manually requesting login information from our support via e-mail.

  • I didn't get my activation code. What do I do?

The activation code is emailed to you when you sign up. Unfortunately, sometimes emails get lost on the internet.

Please ensure that the email address support@pokerroom.com is held within your contacts. This shall reduce the risk of emails from PokerRoom being stopped by your spam filter.
Once you've completed this, just log in and you will be asked for the activation code. Click on the button titled 'Resend' to get the activation code emailed again.

Please be sure to check the mailbox of the email address you entered when signing up. Also make sure the address is correct.

  • How come you opened up again after so many years?

A strategic decision was taken internally to re-open the site. We hope you're as excited as we are to see it coming back to life? :)

  • I can't remember my old account, can I create a new one?

This is fine, please just note that it's strictly forbidden to have multiple active accounts. In case you find your old account details, please let us know so we can close one of the accounts accordingly.

  • I think I have an old PokerRoom account, will I still have access to my funds/tickets/player points?

Yes, if you have not migrated your real money account on PokerRoom your login details and funds are reserved at your old account. Previous tickets, bonuses and players points do no longer apply. If you have an account registered before 2007 where you played just for fun (no deposits where ever made), you're welcome to register a new PokerRoom account to get started.
