What is a deposit bonus?
A deposit bonus is an extra cash bonus you can get the first time you deposit money to your PokerRoom.com account. It consists of a percentage of the deposited amount. If the bonus is 100% and you deposit $100 the bonus would be $100.

How does it work?
To get the deposit bonus you need to collect enough player points within 60 days of the initial deposit. A bonus requires ten player points for every dollar. For example, a deposit bonus of $20 will require 200 player points. As soon as you have collected the points needed, your bonus will automatically be transferred to your PokerRoom account. The bonus is a ONE TIME bonus, and it's added to the FIRST deposit you make. Please note that you CAN NOT use previously earned points to speed up the bonus payout. You must earn the points after the deposit was made.

I've deposited, but where's my bonus?
The First Deposit bonus is a one time bonus, and it is triggerred by the FIRST deposit you make. Standard First Deposit Bonuses are set up automatically. You may need to enter a specific deposit code during sign up or on the deposit page in order to receive a particular First Deposit bonus offer.

I can't deposit. What's wrong?
To be able to deposit money, you have to real-money enable your account. This is done under my Account page. If that is not the problem please contact our support team who are available 24/7.

Where can I see how many bonus points I have?
On my Account you will see your total amount of player points and also the remaining amount needed to receive the bonus.

What do I have to do to get the bonus?
To release the bonus you have to earn sufficient player points within 60 days of the deposit. The bigger the bonus the more points are needed to receive the bonus. Once you earn enough points the bonus amount is added to your account.
