How do I deposit money?
In order to deposit, first you must sign up and create a PokerRoom.com account. Then go to my Account page and upgrade your account for real money use. You will be asked to enter your address - it will be used to verify who you are and when sending any cheques to you. You are now ready to deposit.

What about deposit limits?
You may deposit $1,000 per 24 hours and $2,500 per week using VISA, MasterCard, Maestro or Diners Card. Some new account holders may only deposit $250 per 24 hours and $1,000 per week. If you would like to deposit more than these limits allow we recommend that you use NETeller. NETeller has a greater limit of $2,500 per 24 hours.

When does the money appear in my PokerRoom.com account?
As long as you have sufficient funds available the money will be instantly credited to your PokerRoom.com account.

Do I have to make a deposit if I real-money enable my account?
No. But you have to real-money-enable your account if you want to make a deposit or play in Freeroll tournaments.

How are my credit/debit card deposits shown on my statement?
Customers in USA and Canada should see their credit card purchases to PokerRoom as "IFUND-SECURE PRO" on their statements, whereas our UK customers see them as "POKERROOM.COM".

However, what you see on your bank statement is country-specific. If your account is real-money enabled with your country correctly registered, you can find out what you will expect on your statement from the line at the bottom of our VISA/Mastercard deposit option.
